About the Opportunity

We are on the lookout for a Post Sales Enablement Specialist to provide proactive, timely and tailored support to our high-value customers during the deal closing stages of the transaction timeline.

This position works alongside distributed team members and reports to our Head of Support and Experience (based in Melbourne, Australia) and the role is based at our USA office in Austin, Texas.

As Post Sales Enablement Specialist at Flippa, you will get to -  

  • Provide proactive post-sales support to all high-value customers entering into a deal negotiation on the platform. 
  • Perform digital asset evaluations across varying business models to ascertain the quality of an asset. 
  • Carry out risk assessments of both buyer and seller that are party to a deal.
  • Supporting complex financial transactions for international and in-country deals. 
  • Usage of KYC/AML platforms and other 3rd party user verification services. 
  • Advanced complaint handling and customer resolution to help our customers and to resolve any disputes or problems that may arise among high-value assets.
  • Be the Voice of Customer to the product team to ensure Flippa continues to evolve as a platform that aligns with our customer’s goals.

What you bring to the table - 

  • Experience providing concierge-like service to high-value customers.
  • Our concierge service is delivered via phone and email, so the ability to hold a detailed conversation about an asset with both a buyer or seller is required. 
  • Previous experience in marketplace environments, fast-growth tech businesses and/or digital real estate will be considered an advantage.
  • Direct knowledge of the small business digital ecosystem will be advantageous.
  • Desire to roll the sleeves up and get involved as required
  • Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity (We're a successful startup that will continue to grow and innovate aggressively.)
  • Ability and willingness to work a rotating schedule (including weekends).
  • A strong work ethic
  • Have a positive attitude and desire to “go the extra mile” to achieve great things for Flippa.
  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
