We are on the lookout for a Listing Review Specialist who will be responsible for reviewing, editing and publishing high-value online business listings on Flippa.

This position will report to the Customer Support and Experience team (with members around the globe) and the role is based at our office in Austin, Texas.

As a Listing Review Specialist at Flippa, you will get to -  

  • Liaise directly with sellers to review, edit and publish their online business listings on the Flippa platform.
  • Provide feedback to Heads of Support or Product Manager on how to improve the seller onboarding process based on seller feedback and requests.
  • Investigate seller financial information and usage statistics to ensure accuracy and validity.
  • Evaluate business performance to provide more in-depth information on business listings.
  • Work alongside a growing team of Listing Review Specialists across different time zones. 
  • Work closely with our Sales and Account Management teams as a go between for listing review.  
  • Help to streamline and improve the listing review process internally.

What you bring to the table - 

  • Ideally previous experience in reviewing listings or onboarding customers.
  • Previous experience in marketplace environments, fast growth tech businesses and / or digital real estate will be considered an advantage
  • Direct knowledge of the small business digital ecosystem will be advantageous.
  • Desire to roll the sleeves up and get involved as required.
  • Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity (we're a successful startup that will continue to grow and innovate aggressively.)
  • Ability and willingness to work a rotating schedule (including weekends).
  • A strong work ethic
  • Have a positive attitude and desire to “go the extra mile” to achieve great things for Flippa.
  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
