Senior Relationship Manager

We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Relationship Manager who will be the key contact for enterprise, institutional and corporate buyers. You will build relationships and introduce Flippa. You will present new opportunities to our buyers, aligned to their investment strategies and drive advocacy of the Flippa product and platform. This position will report into the Director of Sales.

As a Senior Relationship Manager at Flippa, you will get to -  

Spend the majority of your time on client satisfaction with specific attention to the areas of client service, relationship management, problem resolution, and deal management.  

Specifically, this role requires you to manage a portfolio of enterprise, institutional and corporate investors and is measured by the TTV (Total Transaction Value) your book of buyers represents.

  • You will deliver on revenue targets through building your enterprise, institutional and corporate investor client relationships
  • You will have profile assigned accounts to develop a deep understanding of spending patterns, seasonality, high and low periods, etc.
  • You will work collaboratively with the marketing team to establish a communications framework 
  • You will work closely with the management to optimize the portfolio and develop sales tactics and strategy to ring fence portfolio revenue
  • You will develop and execute on overall strategy for building client relationships, account management, lead management and product sales
  • You will be accountable for the revenue generated by portfolio
  • You will actively participate in buyer engagement events including speaking appearances
  • You will train and educate buyers in the areas of process, policy and procedures
  • Through proactive client management, you will develop long term relationships and partnerships with Flippa buyers.

What you bring to the table - 

  • Proven work experience, preferably with at least 3 years experience in investment banking and / or enterprise level relationship management
  • Previous experience in marketplace environments, fast growth tech businesses and / or digital real estate will be considered an advantage
  • Direct knowledge of the small business digital ecosystem will be advantageous.
