We are on the lookout for an experienced Relationship Manager (VIP) who will be the key contact for our high value members, presenting new opportunities to our buyers and establishing rapport and a strong working relationship.
This position will report into Flippa’s CEO and will be based at our office space in downtown Austin working alongside a small, yet growing team as we expand our presence in Austin, Texas.

About the role
The majority of your time will be spent on client satisfaction with specific attention to the areas of
client service, relationship management, problem resolution, and lead management.
Specifically, this role requires you to introduce leads to buyers and is measured by the TTV (Total Transaction Value) your book of buyers represents.
What you will get to work on:
You will deliver fast, efficient, knowledgeable services to an account portfolio of approximately 150 high value members
You will deliver on revenue targets through building your VIP client relationships
You will have profile assigned accounts to develop a deep understanding of spending patterns, seasonality, high and low periods, etc.
You will work collaboratively with the marketing team to establish a communications framework
You will work closely with the management to optimize the portfolio and develop sales tactics and strategy to ring fence portfolio revenue
You will develop and execute on overall strategy for building client relationships, account management, lead management and product sales
You will be accountable for the revenue generated by portfolio
You will actively participate in buyer engagement events including speaking appearances
You will train and educate buyers in the areas of process, policy and procedures
Through proactive client management, you will develop long term relationships and partnerships with Flippa buyers.
What you will bring:
Role Specific Experience:
Proven work experience, preferably with at least 3 years experience in Account Management, Sales or Online Marketing.
Previous experience in marketplace environments, VIP management, digital asset sales will be considered an advantage
Direct knowledge of the small business sales environment will be advantageous.
Bachelor degree in business, commerce or marketing will be highly regarded.
