We are on the lookout for an experienced Account Manager who is passionate about supporting Flippa’s high value sellers by tapping into a worldwide network of businesses looking to sell.
This position will report into Flippa’s CEO and will be based at our office space in downtown Austin working alongside a small, yet growing team as we expand our presence in Austin, Texas.

About the role
What you will get to work on:
You will be the singular point of account management and development for a portfolio of sellers, coordinating with other departments such as customer success to ensure effective time-sensitive support.
The majority of your time will be spent:
Working with Flippa’s seller community (those who meet Flippa’s quality standard)
Managing the seller sales cycle
Ensuring the Flippa sell side experience is outstanding
You will be measured on how many managed accounts convert to sale, the volume and quality of regular communication with the portfolio of clients and client satisfaction.
You will be required to work with the existing Account Management team, Marketing and Flippa’s Relationship Manager (VIP).
It is also critical that you can work with a diverse network of sellers across different business models, seeking to understand their businesses and work to improve their listing.
You will be measured by the service you provide (e.g. contact touchpoints) and by the TTV (Total Transaction Value) that the book of sellers represent.
What you will bring:
Role Specific Experience:
Proven work experience, preferably with at least 2 years experience in Account Management or a Sales role.
Proven experience undertaking business analysis and process improvement highly regarded.
Previous experience in marketplace environment, digital asset sales will be considered an advantage
Direct knowledge of the small business sales environment will be advantageous.
Bachelor degree in business, commerce or marketing will be highly regarded.
